How much to replace trim around windshield?

0 votes
I was driving the other day and the chrome trim around my windshield came out of one side and was flying above the car. It got bent a little bit, I was able to get it all the way out. I have it in my car but not sure if it's cost effective to try to put this one back in or get a new part. Also how much does something like this usually run if I have someone do it? I live in Florida if that makes any difference. Also, should I be calling windshield glass places to do this work?

a body shop or a glass place should be able to fix it for you if you want, but since is mostly cosmetic you may want to save the expense. Cost would be about $100 if they could use your old part.
